Dr. Çağlar Utku GÜLER
A retired Air Force engineering colonel holding a BSc in Aeronautical Engineering (Air Force Academy, Istanbul), an MSc in Logistics Management (AFIT, Dayton/Ohio) and a PhD in Industrial Engineering (Institute of Aeronautics and Space Technologies, Istanbul). He has worked in logistics, ERP and project management for over twenty years, taking responsibility for the design and go-live of SAP-based material management, procurement and distribution processes.
