This notice explains how NCU Teknoloji Ticaret A.Ş. processes personal data under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Data we process

Only what you submit through our contact form (name, e-mail, optional phone and company, message content) and technical records required for security (IP address, browser information, submission time). We do not use third-party advertising or behavioural tracking tools.

Purposes

Responding to your enquiry, conducting pre-contractual discussions, delivering our newsletter where you have subscribed, ensuring information security, and meeting our legal obligations.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK you may request information about, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to processing. Written applications may be sent to our registered address or to ncuteknoloji@hs01.kep.tr. We respond within thirty days at the latest.

Data registry (VERBİS)

As our annual headcount is below 50 and our annual balance sheet total is below the statutory threshold, and processing special categories of personal data is not our main activity, we are not required to register with the Turkish Data Controllers' Registry (VERBİS).

Scope of our processing

Our business model does not involve collecting personal data from visitors. Through this website we process only the contact details you choose to send us. We do not use profiling, behavioural advertising, tracking cookies or third-party analytics. When our consulting work requires technical access to personal data held in a client's systems, the client remains the data controller and we act as a data processor under contract.
