Scope
Licensing: Licence types and actual usage are reviewed; renewals, expansions and compliance are managed through a single point of contact with the vendor.
Integration: Data flow between the ERP, e-invoice, logistics, e-commerce and in-house applications is defined and built with documented interfaces.
Migration: Moving from an older system or another vendor, covering data extraction, mapping, transfer and reconciliation.
System management: Environment, authorisation and version management once the system is live.
How the work is organised
The current system map is drawn first: which system owns which data and where the handovers sit. Interfaces are documented and monitored and come with a support arrangement, so failures are visible rather than silent.
